Abstracts
The Abstracts collection strips away the representational identity of the landscape to isolate the raw mechanics of light, velocity, and composition. Through long exposures, intentional camera motion, and extreme perspective shifts, physical monuments are dissolved into their essential visual energies. A steel bridge becomes a fluid vector of sheer speed; a coastline bends and collapses into a singular, sharp coordinate of focus; a vessel is suspended as a solitary weight in a silent, tonal vacuum. These works challenge the viewer to look beyond the physical world, presenting instead a series of minimalist, meditative transitions and graphic geometries.
